RESERVATIONS

WHEN RESERVING ITEMS FOR YOUR EVENT, FARMHAUS + CO. REQUIRES A NON-REFUNDABLE FIFTY PERCENT DEPOSIT ALONG WITH SIGNED CONTRACT, AND CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR INCIDENTALS OR DAMAGES. THE REMAINDER OF YOUR BALANCE WILL BE DUE TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT DATE. PLEASE NOTE THAT A PROPOSAL DOES NOT GUARANTEE AVAILABILITY.  

 

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS

ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM OF $500.00, EXCLUDING TAXES, DELIVERY FEES, + STYLING SERVICES. EVENTS THAT REQUIRE TRAVEL ARE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM OF $1500.00 BASED ON LOCATION, EXCLUDING TAXES, DELIVERY FEES, + STYLING.

 

RENTAL PERIOD

ALL OF OUR RENTAL RATES ARE PRICED FOR A SINGLE CALENDAR DAY. REQUESTS FOR PRIOR DAY DELIVERY OR NEXT DAY PICKUP MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL RENTAL AND/OR DELIVERY FEES. IF YOU'RE IN NEED OF RENTALS FOR LONGER THAN THREE DAYS, YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXTENDED RENTAL DISCOUNT. THIS IS A PERFECT OPTION FOR HOME STAGING, WINDOW DISPLAYS, POP UP SHOPS, ETC. 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

DON'T SEE WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR? GET IN TOUCH WITH US! WE'RE ADDING TO OUR INVENTORY DAILY. THERE ARE ALWAYS QUITE A FEW ITEMS IN OUR INVENTORY THAT HAVE YET TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED FOR OUR WEBSITE. IF WE DON'T ALREADY HAVE WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR, WE'RE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SOURCE IT FOR YOU. WE ASK THAT CUSTOM ORDER REQUESTS ARE SENT AT LEAST FIFTY DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT DATE. 

 

DESIGN + STYLING

STUMPED? WE'VE GOT YOU COVERED. OUR STYLING SERVICES START AT $200.00 PER STYLED SPACE. STYLING AREAS CAN INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, LOUNGE SEATING, WELCOME TABLES, BAR AREAS, DESSERT TABLES, PHOTO SHOOT STYLING, AND DINNER TABLES. STYLING SERVICES INCLUDE SET UP AND STYLING OF ALL RENTALS FROM FARMHAUS + CO. IN ADDITION, WE ARE HAPPY TO SET UP AND STYLE ANY SMALL DECOR ITEMS PROVIDED BY OUR CLIENTS INCLUDING ESCORT CARDS, FAVORS, ETC. 

 

CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS

IT'S OKAY, SOMETIMES CHANGES HAPPEN. YOU HAVE UP TO NINETY DAYS OUT FROM AN EVENT TO MAKE ANY CHANGES NEEDED. AFTER THE NINETY DAY PERIOD, WE WILL ACCOMMODATE SWAPS FOR ITEMS OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE, ALONG WITH RENTAL ADDITIONS.

 

DELIVERY + PICKUP

DELIVERY >> FOR OUR LARGER FURNITURE AND BREAKABLE RENTAL ITEMS, WE WILL PROVIDE HANDLING AND DELIVERY. DUE TO THE DELICATE, ONE OF A KIND NATURE OF THESE RENTAL ITEMS, WE HAVE FOUND THAT THEY ARE BEST HANDLED BY OUR TRAINED TEAM. THIS ALLOWS OUR CLIENTS TO ENJOY THEIR EVENT KNOWING THEY WON'T BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCURED DURING DELIVERY.

PICKUP >> FOR OUR SMALLER OR NON-BREAKABLE RENTAL ITEMS, LIKE RUGS, PILLOWS, CANDLESTICKS, ETC. WE ALLOW SELF PICK UP USING YOUR OWN ENCLOSED VEHICLE. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO MEASURE, TO ENSURE THESE ITEMS WILL FIT COMFORTABLY PRIOR TO PICKUP. OUR TEAM IS MORE THAN HAPPY TO HELP DETERMINE THE CORRECT SIZE VEHICLE FOR YOUR ORDER. WE MAY SUGGEST DELIVERY BASED ON THE DELICATE NATURE OF SOME ITEMS. 

 

OUTDOOR RENTALS 

HECK YES, WE LOVE OUTDOOR WEDDINGS! FARMHAUS + CO. RENTALS MAY BE USED OUTDOORS IN OPEN, UNCOVERED SPACES WHEN THERE IS NO CHANCE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER. IF RAIN IS IN THE FORECAST, A BACK UP RAIN PLAN MUST BE ESTABLISHED IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE RENTALS. FOR MORE INFORMATION, PLEASE SEE BELOW. 

 

RAIN PLAN 

LET'S PLAN ACCORDINGLY. WHILE WE ALWAYS CROSS OUR FINGERS FOR THE BEST WEATHER EVER FOR OUR COUPLES, FLORIDA ISN'T ALWAYS THE MOST KIND WITH THE FORECAST. IN THE EVENT THAT THERE IS RAIN IN THE FORECAST, WE DO REQUIRE THAT OUR COUPLES HAVE A RAIN PLAN IN PLACE. OUR REASONING BEHIND THIS IS TO PREVENT OUR COUPLES FROM BEING CHARGED FOR DAMAGE TO OUR RENTALS; IT'S NOT FUN FOR EITHER OF US TO DEAL WITH THE COST OF DAMAGES. YOUR BACKUP PLAN MAY CONSIST OF AN OUTDOOR TENT OR AN INDOOR SPACE. THESE RAIN PLANS HELP TO ENSURE SMOOTH DELIVERY AND PREVENT WATER DAMAGE TO OUR ONE OF A KIND PIECES. BACKUP RAIN PLANS MUST BE ESTABLISHED BEFORE THE DATE OF YOUR EVENT; A RAIN CALL MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO OUR SCHEDULED ARRIVAL. WE SUGGEST THAT A RAIN CALL IS MADE AT 30% OR GREATER CHANCE OF RAIN. 

 

OH NO, DAMAGES

OUR ITEMS ARE DAMAGED, WHAT NOW? AS OUTLINED IN OUR CONTRACT, OUR CLIENTS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT OCCUR TO RENTAL ITEMS AT THEIR EVENT AND AGREE TO PAY UP TO FIVE TIMES THE RENTAL RATE IN THE EVENT WE NEED TO REPLACE OR REUPHOLSTER THE DAMAGED ITEM. IF A SPILL CAN BE PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED, OUR CLIENT WILL ONLY BE CHARGED FOR THE PROFESSIONAL CLEANING AND HANDLING FEE. DAMAGES MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO CIGARETTE ODOR, SPILLS, WATER DAMAGE, EXPOSURE TO THE ELEMENTS, CHIPS, CRACKS, TEARS, AND MELTED CANDLE WAX. AN INVOICE FOR DAMAGES OR CLEANING WILL BE SENT WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF THE EVENT DATE. 

 

CANDLES?

WE WELCOME THE USE OF CANDLES WITHIN VOTIVES OR ANY OTHER PROTECTIVE VESSEL, WHICH WOULD PROHIBIT CANDLE WAX FROM MAKING CONTACT WITH OUR RENTALS. UNFORTUNATELY, TAPER CANDLES OF ANY KIND ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BE USED WITH FARMHAUS + CO. RENTALS. THERE IS ONE EXCEPTION. IN THE EVENT OUR CLIENTS ARE USING TABLE RUNNERS UNDERNEATH THEIR TAPER CANDLES, WE MAY ALLOW TAPER CANDLE USE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. IN THE EVENT THAT CANDLE WAX IS FOUND ON RENTAL ITEMS, CLIENT WILL BE SUBJECT TO A CLEANING FEE OF FIFTY DOLLARS PER AREA OF CANDLE WAX. IF THE RENTAL NEEDS TO BE REPLACED OR REUPHOLSTERED DUE TO DAMAGE, THE CLIENT MAY BE CHARGED UP TO FIVE TIMES THE RENTAL RATE. 

 

TRAVEL EVENTS 

THOUGH WE'RE LOCATED IN NORTHEASTERN FLORIDA, WE'RE HAPPY TO TRAVEL FOR YOUR EVENT. TRAVEL EXPENSES INCLUDE REGULAR DELIVERY FEES PLUS THE COST OF ACCOMODATIONS FOR EVENTS MORE THAN SEVENTY FIVE MILES FROM OUR WAREHOUSE.
